Overview
In this role you contribute to clinical research delivery within IQVIA’s single sponsor unit across Austria. You will work remotely from home, supporting multiple therapeutic areas and gaining exposure through world-class training and mentoring. You help ensure study quality, regulatory compliance, and timely execution by coordinating site activities and collaborating with clients and study teams. This is a growth-focused position with hands-on responsibility, mentorship, and potential specialization in study start-up or a given therapeutic area.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits
- Support development of a subject recruitment plan
- Evaluate site practices for GCP/ICH compliance
- Manage progress by tracking regulatory submissions, recruitment, CRF completion, and data query resolution
- Collaborate with site and client teams
- Possibly engage in remote monitoring, start-up processes, or therapeutic area specialization depending on client model
- Mentor less experienced team members and act as a subject matter expert for select topics
Zentrale Anforderungen
- University Degree in life science or other scientific discipline or apprenticeship in the health care field
- Minimum of two years of on-site monitoring experience
- Knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines
- Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in German at C1 level and good command of English
- Travel flexibility up to 40-60% of working time
