Join Our New Team as a Sales Representative in T1 Diabetes Management
Are you a proactive sales professional with a passion for healthcare? We are looking for 4 Sales Representatives to join our team across Germany and promote an innovative diabetes device system aimed at simplifying disease management for patients with T1 diabetes who self-inject multiple doses of insulin per day. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of patients and healthcare professionals (HCPs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and Sell: Introduce our first-in-category diabetes management system to new customers.
- Build Relationships: Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Drive Prescriptions: Increase the prescribing of our diabetes management system.
- Customer Engagement: Actively pursue leads, assess customer needs, and provide product services to maximize benefits.
- Educate and Demonstrate: Educate customers on our products and services, and demonstrate how our system works.
- Strategize: Implement and adjust territory account plans and strategies as needed.
- Meet Targets: Aim to exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Support HCPs: Provide follow-up support to healthcare professionals, including responding to product queries and issues.
- Market Intelligence: Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide feedback on market intelligence.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
- Degree in a relevant life science field or equivalent experience.
- Experience in selling insulins, drugs, or devices within the diabetes market is a plus, but not essential.
- Valid Driving Licence.
- Fluency in German, with English language skills being a plus.
