Our professionals support studies across all phases of development and a broad range of therapeutic areas, gaining valuable experience in diverse and dynamic research environments. /ph3Project Management Assistant /h3pAt IQVIA, as a Senior Project Management Assistant (PMA), you will play a critical role in the operational delivery of clinical trials, partnering closely with Clinical Trial Leads and global cross-functional teams to ensure studies are executed efficiently, compliantly, and inspection-ready. Acting as a senior member of the trial team, you will coordinate key study activities across systems, documentation, finance, training, and vendor oversight, driving operational excellence and consistency throughout the clinical trial lifecycle. /ppThis is an exciting opportunity to join a leading sponsor environment where you will leverage your expertise in clinical operations, trial coordination, quality, and process improvement to support regional and global studies. Beyond study execution, you will serve as a trusted subject matter expert, mentoring colleagues, contributing to capability building across the PMA community, and helping shape best practices within one of the world's leading clinical research organizations. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliEstablish and manage performance dashboards, analyze event triggers/alerts and determine appropriate follow up for Project Leader (PL) or other function(s) to act upon. /liliCoordinate project schedule and ensure timely updates of all key milestone and partner with PL on related calls. /liliCoordinate and support the risk and issue management process. /liliManage all aspects of the Project Finances including Estimate at Completion (EAC), monthly expenses, invoices and reconciliation. /liliDemonstrate compliance with the Vendor and Purchase Order (PO) Management process. /liliImplement and maintain baseline and change control processes. /liliEnsure PL has timely and accurate data on areas including cost, schedule, scope, utilization, change orders and quality to support better decision-making. /liliDevelop and maintain relevant sections of Project Management Plans. /liliReview and support project resource allocation within project budgeted for assigned portfolio/ projects. /liliPrepare correspondence, including meeting minutes, for project team and/or customer. /liliOrganize and partner with PL in managing internal project team and customer meetings. /liliPrepare project status reports and presentation materials for internal project team and customer meetings. /liliManage and coordinate core file reviews and support audits as needed.
