Clinical Research Associate 1 or 2 (m/w/d), Multi-Sponsor, Germany in Wiesbaden

Overview

In this role you will manage clinical trials across various indications, working from home in Germany. You will build strong relationships with the global study team and investigators while performing site monitoring to ensure adherence to GCP and study protocols. You’ll collaborate with site and client experts to drive data quality and study progress, supported by strategic site relationship managers. Verantwortungsbereiche

• Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits
• Support the development of a subject recruitment plan
• Evaluate site practices for regulatory compliance (GCP/ICH)
• Manage progress by tracking regulatory submissions, recruitment, CRF completion, and data query resolution
• Collaborate with study sites and client representatives

Zentrale Anforderungen

• University Degree in life science or other scientific discipline or apprenticeship in health care
• Minimum of one year of on-site monitoring experience or equivalent experience as Study Coordinator/CTC
• Knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in German and English
• Flexibility for up to 60% business travel
• Driver’s license class B
