Overview
As a CRA you support multi-therapeutic clinical trials in Germany from a home-based setup. You will conduct site visits, monitor progress, and ensure regulatory compliance to protect data integrity and patient safety. You join a global CRO that offers training, mentoring, and career growth while exposing you to diverse study types. You will collaborate with sites and client teams, potentially rotating into remote monitoring and study startup tasks. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits
- Support development of subject recruitment plans
- Evaluate site practices for compliance with GCP and ICH guidelines
- Manage progress: regulatory submissions, recruitment, CRF completion, data query resolution
- Collaborate with study sites and client representatives
- Possibly engage in remote monitoring, study startup activities, or therapy-area specialization
- Mentor less experienced team members and act as subject matter expert on topics
Zentrale Anforderungen
- University Degree in life science or equivalent health care field
- Minimum 12 months of on-site monitoring experience
- Knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in German (C1) and good English
- Willingness to travel up to 40-60% of working time
