Overview
In this home-based role within IQVIA's single sponsor department in Germany, you drive clinical trial delivery across sites, from initiation to close-out. You support recruitment strategy and ensure GCP/ICH compliance while coordinating with sites and client representatives. You may participate in remote monitoring and study start-up activities, while mentoring junior staff. This position offers growth, world-class training, and a path to broaden therapeutic experience.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits
- Support the development of a subject recruitment plan
- Evaluate site practices for quality and regulatory compliance (GCP/ICH)
- Manage progress by tracking regulatory submissions, recruitment, CRF completion, and data queries
- Collaborate with study sites and client representatives
- Possibility of remote-monitoring, study start-up involvement, and therapeutic area specialization
- Mentor less experienced team members and serve as a subject matter expert on topics
Zentrale Anforderungen
- University Degree in life science or other scientific discipline
- 2–4 years of on-site monitoring experience or equivalent
- Knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines
- Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in German (C1) and good command of English
- Flexibility to travel 40–60% of working time
