Overview
In this role you will lead the consulting business for Central & Eastern Europe, guiding strategy, revenue growth, and talent across 20+ countries. You will build long-term client partnerships and position IQVIA Consulting as a strategic advisor in life sciences. You drive scale, offerings evolution, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver impact for pharma and healthcare clients. This is a high-impact leadership role shaping regional growth and capability development.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Own revenue, margin, and growth targets for the C&EE consulting business
- Define and execute regional strategy aligned with IQVIA and C&EE priorities
- Drive scale, efficiency, and operating model effectiveness
- Lead evolution and expansion of consulting offerings
- Lead major client relationships and build long-term partnerships
- Position IQVIA Consulting as a strategic advisory partner
- Directly lead major strategic deals and complex commercial negotiations
- Monitor industry, client and competitive trends and apply to engagements and business development
- Lead Senior Principals in C&EE and manage multi-country teams as one unit
- Own talent strategy, leadership development and succession planning
- Shape culture, engagement, and leadership standards as a role model
- Collaborate with GMs and Global Consulting leadership; drive cross-GBU and cross-regional synergies
