IQVIA is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support the adoption, implementation, and growth of our Hospital IT and healthcare software solutions across Switzerland. Acting as the primary customer success lead, you will work closely with healthcare providers, IT stakeholders, delivery teams, and partners to ensure successful deployments, high customer satisfaction, and long‑term business growth.
