Civil Engineer / Architect (m/f/d)

Introduction

We are seeking a qualified professional to join our team.

Your Tasks

• Planning services in accordance with the HOAI (German schedule of services and fees for architects and engineers) for our numerous owner-occupied construction projects in the areas of food production and storage, training centres, and office buildings, as well as performing the expert “client function” in cooperation with local architects for projects further away in Germany and abroad.
• Ensuring the IREKS building standard and adaptation of the buildings to our hygienic, technological, and technical requirements and innovative production processes as a food manufacturer when constructing new buildings and converting existing ones.
• Construction documentation within the scope of BayBO (Bavarian Construction Regulation) as well as guidance and control of external people authorised to present building documents.
• Construction supervision and coordination of construction processes as well as control and documentation of results.

Your Profile

• Completed studies in the field of civil engineering or architecture, preferably with a specialisation in industrial construction.
• Experience in industrial and commercial construction as well as basic knowledge of all building services trades of advantage.
• Knowledge of the relevant standard works, norms, and legal regulations, e.g. VOB Part B and C (German Construction Contract Procedures).
• Mastering the customary CAD programmes like AutoCAD as well as MS Office, AVAPlan, Revit.
• Language skills: German (CEF C1), English (CEF B2).
• Teamwork and communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to organise oneself.
• Willingness to travel within Germany and abroad as well as pleasure in communicating with our partners worldwide.
