Your Tasks
- Managing the entire software licence lifecycle within the licence management team, including maintaining the licence inventory as well as licence and framework agreements
- Ensuring licence compliance by regularly reconciling software usage with the licences held, as well as preparing ELP reports
- Analysing licence usage, costs and potential savings, and preparing reports
- Managing and optimising licensing models, particularly within the Microsoft environment, including volume licensing agreements, supporting true-up processes and software audits
- Further developing SAM processes
- Advising and supporting IT and business departments on licensing matters, as well as collaborating with software partners
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training or a degree in a business-related field
- Good IT expertise, particularly in the areas of software installation and inventory management, IT systems and networks
- Ideally, experience in Software Asset Management, software contracts and licensing models
- Knowledge of Microsoft licensing is an advantage
- Language skills according to CEFR: German (C1), English (B2)
- Good commercial understanding, particularly of procurement, contract management and cost analysis
- Analytical and solution-oriented approach, combined with the ability to work independently and proactively
- Strong communication skills and a high level of service and advisory orientation
