- Provide onsite and remote support to end users across assigned locations.
- Deliver PC, VDI Host (user-facing), and Mobile Device Support in line with defined service requirements.
- Provide Printing Service Support and troubleshoot print and scanning device issues.
- Manage break-fix activities for hardware and software incidents.
- Perform device swaps and IMAC (Install, Move, Add, and Change) activities for PCs, laptops, and peripherals.
- Support desktop applications and local software installations when remote deployment is unsuccessful.
- Facilitate new technology implementations, including device setup, configuration, and user training.
- Support VIP users and provide dedicated meeting-room technology support.
- Assist in IT asset management, inventory control, and asset return processes.
- Coordinate the loan and tracking of IT equipment and accessories.
- Support business events and end-user workplace technology requirements.
- Provide hands-and-feet support for network and server teams under SME/SOP guidance.
- Install, inspect, test, and troubleshoot wiring, cables, and connectivity issues as required.
- Document service activities, maintain accurate records, and complete all administrative tasks associated with assigned tickets.
- Ensure timely acceptance, execution, and closure of service requests with appropriate status updates and sign-offs.
- Promote user awareness by sharing IT best practices, tips, and troubleshooting guidance.
- Maintain, upgrade, and replace hardware and software systems as required.

Requirements & Skills:
- Expertise on windows 10/11 administration.
- Good troubleshooting skills on MS Office, O365, Internet Explorer and other Operating system related issues.
- Knowledge of PC and peripheral Hardware troubleshooting (including print & scanning devices).
- Hands on Experience on MS Office upgrades / deployments.
- Working knowledge on Dell laptops/Desktops hardware issues.
- Troubleshooting Office issues.
- Knowledge in troubleshooting VPN related issues.
- Mobile Device Management support.
- Experience on Windows Imaging process using deployment method( Autopilot, Intune , customization )
- Experience in Data Migration tools and O365 One drive.
- Knowledge on one drive.
- Basic knowledge of Network and Server Administration.
- Good communication skills.
- Verbal and written proficiency in Native + English language.
Good-to-Have Skills
- SCCM Knowledge ( Basic L1 )
- Experience on Office 2016 upgrades / Deployments ( Limited to Windows Installer (MSI), security and Non security updates )
- Microsoft windows 10/11 Certification.
- MAC iOS Knowledge
Additional Requirements:
- EUC L1 side experience; Windows 10/11, MS Teams.
- Conversational German; site-visit staff bilingual (DE + EN).
- Plant, refinery or chemical-park experience.
- Own laptop, console/patch cables, tools, licensed antivirus.
- Registered workers with valid work authorization.
