To strengthen our People team, we are looking for a positive, hands-on and people-focused People Development & Employee Experience Specialist (m/f/d).
You will work closely with our Team Lead People Operations and support the further development of employee experience, employee care, learning, performance and smarter People workflows.
This role is not about administration for the sake of administration. It is about creating real value for employees, leaders and the organization — by increasing engagement, supporting people development and reducing unnecessary administrative complexity through better processes, tools and structures.

- Support the development and implementation of Learning & Development programs
- Contribute to employee development, feedback and performance management processes
- Help create an exceptional employee experience across the employee lifecycle
- Support employee relations, employee care and day-to-day People topics
- Improve onboarding, internal communication and culture-related initiatives
- Identify recurring HR pain points and turn them into better workflows, tools or solutions
- Help reduce manual administration through smarter processes, templates, digital tools and automation
- Support HR systems, employee data and documentation where needed — with a clear improvement mindset
- Work closely with employees, leaders and the People team on operational and development-related topics
- Bring energy, positivity and a service-oriented mindset into the organization
Your Skillset - As Strong As Our Protein
- Experience in HR, People Development, Employee Experience, People Operations, Talent Management or a similar field
- Strong interest in employee engagement, people development, performance topics and employee care
- Experience in employee support, employee relations or people-related advisory topics
- Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in people
- Project management capability and the ability to turn ideas into implementation
- Positive, optimistic and engaging personality with the ability to build trust with employees and leaders
- Hands-on mentality with the drive to improve things instead of just maintaining them
- Structured, reliable and solution-oriented working style
- Strong improvement mindset: you reduce complexity instead of creating more administration
- Interest in digital tools, automation and smarter People workflows
- Experience in Learning & Development, surveys, engagement tools, feedback formats or facilitation is a plus
- HR administration background is helpful, especially if combined with the ambition to simplify and automate recurring processes
- Fluent German and English
