Isabel Marant is looking for its next Store Manager for its Munich boutique.

As a true ambassador of the Isabel Marant House, your role will be to drive business performance, achieve sales targets, and deliver an exceptional client experience through personalized styling and service.

Reporting to the Retail Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Drive sales performance and achieve business objectives by leveraging internal tools, methods, and KPIs.
• Develop and retain a loyal client base by building and maintaining strong customer relationships, collecting CRM data, and implementing personalized clienteling initiatives.
• Contribute to the growth and visibility of the House by sharing our values and promoting collection stories and product knowledge.
• Lead and motivate the team on a daily basis through onboarding, training, coaching, performance follow-up, and the implementation of internal tools and processes.
• Ensure the efficient organization and smooth operation of the boutique, including stock management, sales activities, security, and overall store performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Provide regular reporting and business updates to Management.

Profile :

You have at least 3 years of successful experience as a Store Manager within the ready-to-wear, leather goods, fashion, or luxury sectors, managing a boutique team of 2 to 5 employees.

You have a strong understanding of retail operations and performance indicators (KPIs).

You demonstrate an impeccable professional image and naturally embody the values of the Maison.

You are proactive, positive, and a strong team player with a high level of motivation and leadership skills.

You are passionate about client service and sales, with a results-driven mindset and a commitment to achieving business objectives.

You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to interact effectively with management, team members, and clients while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

This position is to be filled in December 2026.
