As an EmbeddedSoftware Engineer in the Flight Software Testing team, your mission is to ensure the reliabilityand performance of the software that powers ourspectrum launch vehicle.Byleveragingyourskills,you workwith the rest of the teamtoautomateimprove and maintainthe flightsoftware testing infrastructure and pipelines.
Your Role in Our Space Mission
- Work to implement and automatesoftwaretests, dataanalysisand verification/validation.
- Work to build andmaintaintest infrastructure such as HIL setups.
- Develop tools to support our flight software development and testing.
- Recognizebugs and drivethe effort to resolve them.
- Helptrack the performance of our software in the field (e.g.during launch and test campaigns) and be able to providelivesupport andexpertise.
Qualification Checklist
- BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Embedded Systems orcomparable
- Experience developing with Python, C/C++
- Experience working with Real-time systems
- Proficient with Git
- Proficient at debugging software
- Proficient in data analysisand visualization
- Experience working with Linux
- Experienceworkingwith CI/CD pipelines
- Fluent in English
Bonus Skills
- Experiencedevelopingor testingsoftware for Aerospace applications.
- Experience workingwith MATLAB/Simulink
- Experience with real-time hardware-in-the-loop test systems
- Experience working with hardware such as microcontrollers and FPGAs
