About this position

What you can expect

You will support our customers and consultants in the technical implementation of integrated solutions based on Matrix42 technologies. Your responsibilities include data transfer, customizing solutions to customer requirements, creating meaningful evaluations with Microsoft Power BI, supporting operations, system updates, and further development of solutions, as well as providing customer service support.

What you should bring to the table

• Successfully completed university degree or comparable qualification
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and Matrix42
• Passion and curiosity for new technologies
• High service orientation focused on customer satisfaction
• Strong sense of responsibility, analytical skills, intrinsic motivation, team spirit, and commitment
• Proficiency in written and spoken German and English
• Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor
