who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants to redefine how digital products are built using AI. You will combine product thinking, AI-powered workflows and close collaboration with engineering teams to transform ideas into production-ready solutions faster and smarter. What you will do
Own a product domain end-to-end, from discovery to delivery. Turn business ideas into clear, structured and AI-ready product specifications. Create user stories, acceptance criteria and product documentation using AI-assisted workflows. Work closely with developers, designers, QA and business stakeholders. Prototype, validate assumptions and iterate quickly before development begins. Analyse customer needs, product metrics and competitor solutions to shape roadmap decisions. Continuously improve how products are built by leveraging modern AI tools and automation. What we are looking for
3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis or a similar product-focused role. Experience working directly with software engineering teams. Startup or scale-up mindset, with strong ownership and bias for action. Strong analytical thinking and clear communication skills. Comfortable using AI tools to improve product discovery, documentation and delivery. Curious, pragmatic and excited about experimenting with new ways of working. Nice to have
Experience in digital banking, fintech or transactional platforms. Exposure to APIs, event-driven architectures or microservices. Experience with AI-native tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, v0 or similar. German language skills are a plus, but not required.
