Director of Sales – Europe
to spearhead the commercial operations and customer support networks across the European region. In this high-impact position, you will lead the promotion and sale of advanced technical assets, expanding the dealer networks and driving regional growth.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Commercial Strategy:
Define and execute high-performing sales, marketing, and channel-development strategies across Europe to achieve rigorous revenue targets and expand market share.
Sales Leadership & Network Management:
Direct, mentor, and inspire a regional field sales organization. Oversee the corporate pipeline, data integrity within CRM systems (Salesforce), and manage international dealer/distributor contracts and technical service agreements.
Strategic Key Account Management:
Cultivate deep relationships with B2B clients, large accounts, operators, and industry partners. Represent the multinational group at major European trade shows and executive-level forums.
Budget & Market Intelligence:
Plan and control the European commercial budget, ensuring ROI optimization. Actively monitor European regulatory environments, market dynamics, and technological advancements to identify emerging commercial opportunities.
Position Requirements
Experience:
10–15 years of progressive commercial sales experience, with a solid track record in international or regional field sales within high-value industrial technology sectors.
Dealer & Contract Mastery:
Proven success managing complex B2B distributor and vendor networks, including strict contract negotiations and service-level agreement oversight.
Industry Regulations:
Strong working knowledge of European technical and regulatory compliance standards; familiarity with global equivalents is highly advantageous.
Leadership & Analysis:
Exceptional commercial acumen, capable of translating complex data into business cases, paired with outstanding communication skills to engage stakeholders at all organizational tiers.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or advanced commercial degree is preferred.
