Deputy Head of Delivery
to lead and strengthen its delivery organisation.This is a pivotal leadership role for someone who combines a strong technical understanding with commercial acumen, operational excellence and the ability to build high-performing teams.
The opportunity You will take ownership of end-to-end delivery, drive operational performance and ensure the business consistently delivers exceptional outcomes for its clients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Delivery leadership:
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of software projects, ensuring quality, predictability and timely execution.
Operational excellence:
Establish effective delivery processes, KPIs and governance to improve performance and scalability.
Commercial performance:
Drive project profitability, resource utilisation, capacity planning and cost efficiency.
People leadership:
Develop and empower delivery managers, project managers and technical teams.
Client success:
Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and ensure outstanding customer outcomes.
Business growth:
Partner with senior leadership and commercial teams to support sustainable growth and continuous improvement.
