Your Responsibilities Lead and implement lean manufacturing initiatives within iSi Automotive Group across production, logistics, maintenance, quality and supporting functions. Drive continuous improvement projects based on the iSi Automotive Lean Handbook and defined lean tools such as 5S, value stream mapping, SMED and Yamazumi. Support plant leadership to identify productivity, efficiency, cost, quality, and lead-time improvement opportunities in high-volume automotive production processes. Coach managers, supervisors, engineers, and shopfloor teams in lean principles additional languages used at iSi Automotive production sites are an advantage. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to production sites, customers, suppliers and project locations.
