International Design & Sales Agents – Apparel, Home & Lifestyle Sourcing
### Project Overview
We are looking to develop a network of independent Design & Sales Agents / Business Development Partners.
### What We Are Looking For
We are particularly interested in professionals who already have:
- Strong contacts with fashion/apparel brands and retailers
- Relationships with buying or sourcing teams
- Experience in fashion, apparel, home products or lifestyle categories
- Product/design knowledge and an understanding of market trends
- Ability to identify customer requirements and develop relevant product opportunities
- Strong business-development and negotiation skills

### The Role
The agent will be responsible for:
- Identifying relevant brands/buyers in their market.
- Introducing InLeague and opening new business conversations.
- Understanding the buyer's product and sourcing requirements.
- Coordinating with our India/Bangladesh teams for product development and presentations.
- Supporting communication and follow-up through the sampling and order process.
- Helping develop long-term customer relationships.
### Commercial Arrangement
This is a performance-based collaboration
*Commission on every confirmed order generated as per mutually agreed upon percentage
For agents who demonstrate strong performance, consistently generate business and contribute strategically to customer development, we are open to discussing a **long-term arrangement with additional fixed/retainer compensation**.
