The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRPB), based in AKS’ Head Office, acts as a trusted partner for the Human Resources (HR) teams of the country offices. S/he will provide leadership in adapting, developing and implementing HR solutions and related changes in line with AKS’ HR global priorities and in response to AKS’ stated directions and underlying needs.
S/he will be responsible for collaborating closely with the country Heads of HR in fundamental HR programme development and implementation to support the agency’s global mission. S/he will act as an organisation-wide project co-steer, as well as provide operational support covering a broad spectrum of HR functions, including HR information systems and analytics; compensation and benefits; performance and staff development; and duty of care. In doing so, s/he will contribute to and maximise the collective intelligence of the AKS community of HR practitioners, and overall, contribute to the enhancement of teaching quality at AKS.
