This is what you get up for in the morning: The primary focus of your role is Pre-Sales: you build pipelines and win deals. In addition, you advise customers strategically and drive solutions forward together with them. You open doors: Through your network, webinars, events, and customer-focused formats, you make our Data & AI offering visible in the Swiss market and build pipelines with new customers. Together with the Market Units and other Pre-Sales colleagues, you identify new opportunities and bring your Data & AI expertise to where it can make a difference. You win deals: You articulate and position tangible business value, design the solution, orchestrate internal specialists, and take ownership of closing the deal. You help further develop our Data & AI offering by bringing insights and learnings from the market. AI Consulting You facilitate discovery sessions and workshops to identify valuable Data & AI opportunities aligned with business priorities. You advise customers strategically from vision to implementation and drive solutions forward together with them - using concrete use cases, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes. You work closely with engineers and architects and become part of an ambitious, innovation-driven AI team. We would like you to: Proven success in selling Data & AI solutions or services in the Swiss market, particularly in new customer acquisition. A strong network within the Swiss Data & AI community and relevant industries - who do you know, and who knows you? At least 3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Business Development, or Consulting in the fields of Data, AI, or digital transformation. A confident presence at C-level and excellent communication skills - you sell business value, not technology. Solid understanding of Data & AI technologies such as Machine Learning with Databricks and Microsoft Fabric, RAG systems, as well as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft Foundry. You do not need to build these technologies yourself, but you should be able to discuss them credibly with customers and engineers. An understanding of AI governance, Responsible AI, data protection, and compliance, along with the ability to derive pragmatic recommendations from these principles. An AI-first mindset: You use AI every day and can demonstrate what you have automated with it. A university degree in Business Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, as well as excellent German and English skills.
