Introduction

Power Platform is your home, but you're looking for more than development. You want to advise customers, drive adoption, define strategies and take ownership from the first proposal through to a successful go-live.

At isolutions, we live and breathe Microsoft Power Platform. As part of our Customer Engagement team, you'll work with cutting-edge Microsoft technologies, deliver impactful enterprise solutions and help our customers transform their business through modern low-code, automation and AI capabilities.
This role is designed for someone who combines strong technical expertise with a consulting mindset and enjoys turning business challenges into sustainable digital solutions.

This is what you get up for in the morning:

• Take a leading role in our project teams as the technical lead for challenging Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, AI Builder and Dataverse. You'll own projects from architecture and implementation through to successful adoption and go-live.
• Own solution and architecture design by making sustainable technology decisions, establishing best practices, governance standards and ALM processes that ensure scalability and long-term success.
• Advise customers as a trusted partner, including decision-makers and executive stakeholders. You identify business opportunities behind requirements and transform successful projects into long-term customer value.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, developers and engineers to deliver innovative enterprise-grade solutions while mentoring and supporting junior and mid-level consultants in their professional development.
• Actively contribute to shaping and evolving our Power Platform offering, helping strengthen our market presence through reference cases, blog posts, LinkedIn content, speaking engagements and customer events.
• Stay at the forefront of the Microsoft ecosystem by evaluating emerging capabilities such as Copilot, Power Platform Governance and Microsoft Fabric before they become mainstream.
• Be part of an outstanding team that shares a passion for technology, innovation and exceptional customer experiences.

We would like you to bring:

• Several years of hands-on experience within the Microsoft Power Platform and M365 ecosystem, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse. Experience with Copilot Studio, AI Builder and Azure integrations is a strong advantage.
• Strong consulting skills, with the ability to quickly understand customer needs, propose pragmatic solutions and successfully lead their implementation.
• A strategic mindset and understanding of governance and platform management, thinking beyond individual projects to establish sustainable standards and best practices.
• A strong ownership mentality, taking responsibility for the entire customer journey from proposal to successful delivery.
• Leadership capabilities, with a passion for sharing knowledge, mentoring colleagues and helping others grow.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Professional proficiency in German and English.
