The Head of Digital Assets will define the strategic direction, drive commercial growth and oversee the development and delivery of client-focused solutions across custody, trading and tokenization. /p pThe role spans the full business lifecycle - from market strategy, product development and client acquisition to implementation, governance and ongoing service delivery. It requires the ability to translate market, regulatory and technology developments into commercially relevant, scalable and compliant custody, trading and tokenization solutions. /p h3Your responsibilities /h3 ulliAct as ISP’s central subject-matter expert for Digital Assets, supporting the different business teams in developing and expanding their digital asset activities. /liliDrive business development and originate new opportunities, including generating client leads, identifying new markets and use cases, and developing strategic partnerships together with the respective business teams. /liliContinuously enhance the Digital Assets operating model, ensuring clear responsibilities, efficient processes, appropriate controls, automation and technology integration across the relevant business and support functions. /liliSupport the development and implementation of new Digital Assets products and services, from initial opportunity and client discussions through structuring and implementation. /liliDrive and coordinate tokenization initiatives, supporting client scoping, solution design and execution in close collaboration with the relevant business and support functions /liliMonitor market, technology and regulatory developments in Digital Assets, assess their impact and identify opportunities for ISP. /liliRepresent ISP externally in selected client meetings, industry events, conferences and strategic partnerships, strengthening ISP’s positioning and network in the Digital Assets ecosystem. /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ulliSignificant professional experience in digital assets, capital markets, financial services, fintech or a closely related field, including experience in a senior or business-building role. /liliDeep understanding of digital asset markets and infrastructure, including custody, trading, blockchain networks, tokenization and the evolving regulatory landscape. /liliProven ability to develop business opportunities, build client relationships and translate market needs into commercially viable solutions. /liliExperience in a regulated financial environment; familiarity with the Swiss financial market and FINMA-regulated activities is a strong advantage. /liliStrong strategic, analytical and commercial judgment, combined with a hands-on approach to execution. /liliDemonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives involving business, technology, operations, legal, compliance and risk stakeholders. /liliConfidence in engaging with senior clients, partners and internal decision-makers. /liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and concisely. /liliHigh degree of autonomy, ownership, integrity and reliability. /liliFluency in English; German or another Swiss national language is an advantage. /li /ul pTo be successful in this position it requires excellent communication skills, with an ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple stakeholders.
