We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Relationship Manager & Deputy Portfolio Manager.

You will be joining our highly motivated Wealth Management Team in Zurich in a dual role combining client relationship management and portfolio management responsibilities. The position offers the opportunity to actively contribute to the growth of our Custody and Wealth Management business while supporting portfolio management activities and strategic initiatives within the firm.
Relationship Management
Manage and develop a portfolio of custody clients, ensuring excellent service and long‑term client satisfaction
Drive revenue growth through cross‑selling of ISP products and services
Acquire new clients with a focus on Custody and Wealth Management
Establish and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships
Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, including KYC, AML, and client documentation
Oversee smooth and efficient onboarding processes for new clients
Monitor and ensure the correct collection of fees and charges
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a high level of client service
Act as Deputy Portfolio Manager within the Wealth Management team
Support Account Management during periods of high workload or team absences
Assist in portfolio management‑related activities and client servicing
Contribute to the onboarding and training of new colleagues
Participate in internal development projects and process improvement initiatives
Collaborate with colleagues across departments to enhance operational efficiency and client outcomes
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience in relationship management within the financial services industry
Strong understanding of custody services and wealth management products
Solid knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements, including KYC and AML
Strong client focus with excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative team‑oriented approach
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proactive and solution‑oriented mindset
Fluency in English and German is required
Preferred Certifications
Hebrew and Russian are considered strong advantages
Affinity for digital assets and emerging investment themes is considered a plus
