For collaboration with your colleagues, it is important that you spend at least 50% of your working time in the office as part of this role.Your tasks- Updating, drafting and managing essential HSE documentation, including procedures, instructions and reports- Contributing to the regular updating of HSE dashboards for monitoring key indicators and generating reports- Creating, managing and keeping tools (such as SharePoint or databases) up to date in order to optimize the efficiency of the HSE team- Risk analyses: Ensuring the follow-up of corrective and preventive actions resulting from them- Coordinating and following up on interactions with service providers related to HSE activities- Providing support in monitoring purchasing and ordering processes related to HSE- Providing support and assistance to HSE projects, in particular for the planning, monitoring and reporting- Organizing HSE meetings and committees, and drafting the corresponding minutes- Managing the logistics of HSE training (fire, first aid, etc.) intended for site occupants- Coordinating and participating in fire safety exercises and drills, in close collaboration with the HSE team- Actively contributing to the creation and dissemination of safety awareness campaigns, for all site occupants in collaboration with the Health Service and the HSE teamWhat you bring- Commercial training, or equivalent- An HSE certification is an asset- 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar function- Experience in an HSE or technical environment is a plus- Experience within a large company is a plus- Mastery of French level C1 min- Mastery of English level C1 min- Excellent command of IT tools (MS Office)- Mastery of SAP is a plus- Autonomous personality, strong customer focus and sense of service- Excellent communication skillsWhy us?We are ISS Switzerland, we ensure the proper functioning and comfort of offices, airports, production sites, stations, schools and hospitals every day.
