Organise technical activities Control and monitor operational activity Support and follow-up in monthly maintenance activity Be the contact person for client managers Plan the work of caretakers and technicians Prepare and provide internal documents and for audits Initiate and ensure follow-up of small projects Participate in a rota for on-call duty Ensure administrative follow-up, including reporting of activities carried out on behalf of the client (KPI)
Your profile:
Federal VET Diploma in the relevant field Good knowledge in building technical field and project management Experience in team management Knowledge of German is an asset Very good command of common IT tools (MS Office) Comfortable with administrative tasks Strong customer orientation, strong team spirit Flexible regarding travel Good communication skills Driving licence
