To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and motivated Key Account Manager Real Estate Agencies French-speaking Switzerland (m/f/d), ready to build the future of the real estate sector with us.
Your tasks
- You are responsible for the active commercial development of existing real estate agencies, administrations, and property management companies in French-speaking Switzerland. - You build lasting relationships with decision-makers as well as operational contacts. - You identify potentials within existing client portfolios and acquire additional buildings and mandates. - You conduct structured client and development interviews to sustainably increase turnover, portfolio share, and contract duration. - You develop individual account plans and implement them consistently. - You present our services and digital solutions convincingly and tailored to each contact. - You prepare and present offers, negotiate contract extensions and additional business, and accompany sales opportunities through to conclusion. - You work closely with our internal sales, technical, project management, and operations teams. - You document your activities and opportunities in the CRM and ensure proper and structured pipeline management.
Your profile
- Several years of experience in B2B sales, field service, or account management. - Experience in managing and developing existing clients. - Ideally, knowledge of the real estate sector, building technology, or energy services. - Strong interest in long-term client development, combined with a strong sales drive, commercial acumen, and results orientation. - Confidence in negotiation, ability to close deals, and initiative. - Experience in contract extensions, cross-/upselling, account development, or portfolio expansion is an advantage. - Structured and autonomous working method. - Good command of MS Office and CRM systems. - Native French speaker with good oral and written German skills. Swiss German is an advantage.
