Inhouse Consultant Demand Management (f/m/d) full-time or part-time (min. 30 hours per week).
IT des Bezirks Oberbayern GmbH is an innovative internal IT service provider. As a subsidiary of the District of Upper Bavaria and the clinics of the District of Upper Bavaria (kbo), we play a key role in providing high-quality IT solutions. Our work helps to promote the mental health and well-being of people throughout Upper Bavaria.
The head office of IT des Bezirks Oberbayern GmbH is located at Richard-Reitzner-Allee 1 in Haar near Munich. We are easily accessible by public transport as well as by car. The Haar S-Bahn stop is a 5-minute walk away. Of course, the stop is also regularly served by various bus lines. Free parking spaces are available for car drivers in the immediate vicinity.
As an Inhouse Consultant Demand Management, you will be responsible for the following areas:
- Strategic planning – development and implementation of digitization strategies in coordination with the technical management at the IT of the district of Upper Bavaria.
- Customer management – translating user needs into technical requirements and solutions.
- Project management – control and coordination of digitalization projects, including time, budget and resource planning.
- Process optimization – identification and implementation of digitalization potential in existing business processes.
- Change management – supporting organizational and cultural change as part of the digital transformation.
- Communication – regular reporting on project progress and results to relevant stakeholders.
- Workshops – Preparation of workshops for customers to identify potentials and solution strategies in the area of digitalization and AI.
We would like you to have:
- a completed apprenticeship or degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration or a comparable field,
- professional experience in the field of digital transformation, project management or process optimization,
- sound knowledge of project management methods (classic and agile, e.g. Scrum, PRINCE2, PMI),
- Experience in multi-project management and the use of appropriate tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, MS Project),
- Expertise in customer and requirements management,
- Personal responsibility, quality awareness and a structured way of working,
- a strong communication and customer orientation as well as the ability to work in a team,
- a friendly and professional demeanor, and
- fluency in German.
