IT:U is a new technical university in Austria (Linz) dedicated to digital transformation, driven by interdisciplinary research and project-based learning to actively shape this transformation and advance it with a solution-oriented approach. Your tasks and responsibilities
Support students
in project planning, including setting milestones and resource allocation Foster time management skills
by helping students prioritize tasks, create schedules, and meet project deadlines Teach conflict resolution strategies
to resolve team conflicts and act as a mediator when necessary Motivate students to reflect
on their progress and continuously improve their skills and project outcomes Collaborate with project-involved educators
to ensure that the coaching content aligns with the curriculum goals and supports student development Your strengths and skills
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or completed vocational training
(or equivalent experience) in
coaching, pedagogy, psychology
or human resources development Experience in guiding learning processes
and developing key competencies Knowledge of project management and agile methods
to best support students in structuring and implementing their projects High social competence , strong communication skills and knowledge of didactic methods Excellent English skills
on minimum Level C1 What you can expect
