Experience : At least 5 years of experience in a functional consulting role, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementations or support.

Language Skills : Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of German is highly desirable.

Location : Based in Düsseldorf with the flexibility of hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities

• Consultation & Analysis : Work directly with clients to understand their unique business needs and requirements within the Finance & Operations space, including finance, procurement, supply chain, and manufacturing.
• System Configuration & Customisation : Lead or support the configuration of Dynamics 365 F&O to meet client specifications, ensuring best practices and optimal system performance.
• End-to-End Implementation : Drive and support the full project lifecycle from gathering requirements, through design and testing, to deployment and post-implementation support.
• Training & Knowledge Sharing : Provide training to client teams, ensuring they understand how to use the system effectively and maximise their investment in Dynamics 365.
• Collaboration : Work closely with other consultants, developers, and project managers to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
