To maintain the relationship with our members and licensees, we use our customer service management (CSM) based on the SaaS platform PEGA, the use and further expansion of which contributes significantly to increasing customer satisfaction and digitization strategy. As a PEGA DevOps Engineer, you are the first point of contact for analyzing, documenting and ensuring the resolution of malfunctions that occur on the PEGA platform and other PEGA-specific tasks.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing and processing incident and problem tickets as well as service requests, including resolving them or passing them on to the project team if necessary
- Documentation of solutions & knowledge management (e.g. maintenance of operating manual)
- Availability and capacity management
- Service continuity (backup and recovery)
- Security management (incl. regular testing of patches and security gaps in the components used)
Your Qualifications
- Several years of experience with PEGA technology (ideally PEGA System Architect)
- Knowledge of the integration of PEGA (e.g. via REST, SOAP, SQL, JMS, JWT…)
- Programming experience (Java)
- Knowledge of how to use ITSM tools (such as JIRA or Cherwell)
- ITSM or ITIL knowledge
- Experience with system monitoring
- Knowledge of German and English
