Are you passionate about music and cutting-edge technology? Do you envision a future where Artificial Intelligence transforms the music industry? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic, cross-functional team at GEMA and IT4IPM. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Software Engineer to join our team. You will assist in the development of machine learning applications and provide support in Proof of Concept (PoC) and AI projects. This includes various tasks such as process and data analysis, model development and evaluation. In addition, the integration of models into services as well as operational tasks such as infrastructure provisioning (Google Cloud) and creation of CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.

At the AI Hub, we are not just a team; we are pioneers, trailblazers and visionaries in the field of Artificial Intelligence. Our collective mission? To redefine the landscape of the music industry through the transformative power of AI.
Your Responsibilities
- You analyze internal processes to improve our automation with AI.
- Analyze and prepare data to create machine learning models.
- You develop and evaluate machine learning models (including LLMs).
- Integrate AI applications into production services.
- You maintain and monitor services in production.
Your Qualifications
- You have successfully completed a degree in computer science or equivalent.
- You have experience in professional programming with Python.
- You have a basic understanding of machine learning algorithms and data structures.
- You have experience with CI/CD tools, preferably GitHub Actions.
- You have experience with cloud providers, ideally with Google Cloud.
- You have (first) experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
- (Optional) You have experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn or XGBoost.
- (Optional) You have experience in developing applications based on Large Language Models (LLMs).
- You have very good knowledge of English and German.
