ITC Infotech recently acquired a portion of PTC’s implementation services team and has now set up its own business unit called DxP Services which will be the largest concentration of Windchill PLM services expertise in the industry. PLM experts transferring from PTC will combine with ITCI’s existing PLM practice to deliver PTC Windchill implementations to our customers. DxP Services is selling and delivering Digital Transformation programs and is also PTC’s chosen partner for the joint development and delivery of SaaS conversion projects globally. Tasks

• Lead consulting and implementation projects for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Industrial Internet of Things (IoT)
• Define client specific solution architectures for PLM and IoT, with focus on Application Architecture or Technical Architecture as required
• Analyze requirements, design solutions, and successfully implement them with the help of cross-functional teams
• Ensure quality through appropriate methods and software engineering processes
• Design standardized solution components as part of the Services portfolio
• Support the further development of methods and strategies of PTC Customer Success in PLM and IoT
• Identification of potential new projects with customers and support acquisition of this new business
• Technical support of sales and marketing activities for strategic customers in Europe

Qualifications

• Educational background in Engineering/Industrial Engineering or Computer Science (Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree level)
• 4+ years of experience in business processes or IT consulting e.g., as Solution Architect, Business Analyst, Software Developer or technical Project Management
• Able to work autonomously and focus on goals
• Customer service-oriented
• Experience in conducting and managing workshops
• Experience in designing, configuring and customizing PLM/IoT software
• Knowledge of IT architecture related to PLM/IoT (client-server, cloud, SaaS, …), software development, interface and web technologies, and database systems
• Specific PLM/IoT industry knowledge, e.g., from the automotive
