across companies, and across the world. As a member of CAP you manage some of the Core Finance Processes and have a strong financial backbone. You are excited about the vision. You are capable to work in a fast changing and challenging
Environment. Your focus will be the CapEx and Fixed Assets area for Basel & Kaiseraugst. In this role, you will support the team with the E2E CapEx processes and collaborate with our stakeholders.
The perfect candidate:
We are looking for individuals who display the Finance Mindset & Behaviors, and will support a living
organism that will leverage the knowledge and financial expertise of the network to deliver foundational work
and squad-prioritized work in line with the organizational principles. You bring strong finance expertise, together with the ability to work in a self-aligning team with. You have a degree in Finance and have several years of experience in different finance areas, preferably in CapEx and/or Fixed Asset accounting.
Tasks & Responsibilities:**
- Asset reporting, labeling & inventory
- CapEx project idea evaluation
- SAP project creation and Compliance check
- Funding approval
- CapEx project portfolio management
- CapEx project capitalisation
- Support individual Accounting Projects on request
Must Haves:
Proven finance capabilities (IFRS and Swiss or German statutory) and technical skills, solid understanding of finance processes and systems
- Collaboration and influencing skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Entrepreneurial spirit and curiosity that is inspirational to others
- Ability to navigate through complex, broad and diverse challenges
- Deliver compliant high quality financials, ensure company compliance
- Ability to work E2E with an enterprise view
- Passionate about transformation and catalyzing those changes across the network
- Commit to support your team’s development and growth, both as individuals and as a team
- Excellent communication skills in English and German
