Project: For an ongoing SAP SuccessFactors Programme, we are looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to support daily operations and the rollout of key HR modules.
The project includes Performance Management and Goals, Succession Management and a planned implementation from February 2027.
Tasks:
- Support the daily operation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central in line with agreed SLAs
- Support the rollout of Performance Management and Goals and Succession Management
- Support the implementation of the Compensation module planned from February 2027
- Advise HR departments and other stakeholders on SAP SuccessFactors solutions
- Analyse business and technical requirements and support their implementation
- Monitor and troubleshoot interfaces between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems
- Provide second- and third-level application support
- Analyse and resolve incidents and system issues
- Monitor HR data flows and replication interfaces to other SAP systems
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, the software provider and external implementation partners
Required Skills Experience:
- At least five years of project experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors
- Practical application support experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong experience with Employee Central
- Experience with Performance Management and Goals
- Experience with the Compensation module
- Technical knowledge of SuccessFactors configuration, interfaces and end-to-end integration
- Experience with requirements management and test management
- Ability to translate business and technical requirements into effective SuccessFactors solutions
- Degree in business administration, business informatics or an equivalent professional qualification
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach
Nice to have:
- Experience with SuccessFactors Succession Management
- Experience supporting further SuccessFactors module implementations
- Experience working on cloud implementation projects
