Front Arena / Python Application Engineer (m/f/d) – CI/CD / On-Call / Change / ZH / 100%
Project:
Participation in the further development of the Front Arena trading application in the area of trading in structured products (Structured Trading) . The focus is on the technical further development as well as the stabilization and expansion of existing functionalities within the Prime, ADS, AEL and ADFL modules . The assignment is full-time for 12 months in Zurich .
Responsibilities: Core Responsibility (MUST)
- Further development of the Front Arena application (Prime, ADS, AEL, ADFL) for securities trading in the area of structured products
- Advising the business department on technical and functional implementation options
- Implementation, testing, documentation, and introduction of code changes
Responsibilities – Requirements:
- Several years of experience as a developer with Front Arena , particularly ACM and ADFL
- Very good programming skills in Python
- Knowledge of equity derivatives and structured products (valuation, lifecycle) is an advantage
- Independent, proactive way of working as well as strong communication skills and resilience
- Basic understanding of securities trading (Equity & Fixed-Income Trading)
- Quick comprehension of complex interrelationships and dependencies
- Analytical thinking, high quality awareness, and independent working style
- Team-oriented and communicative personality, resilient
