The State Secretariat for Economic Affairs has no control over its content or quality. /p h3SAP DMS / Archiving Consultant /h3 pVacant since : Zürich (ZH) 25% - 50% By agreement Temporary /p pFor a project in the SAP S/4HANA environment, we are looking for an experienced SAP DMS / Archiving Consultant to support the assessment, optimization and future development of an existing SAP Document Management System and archiving setup. The organization has implemented its DMS setup following an SAP S/4HANA migration and is now looking for expert guidance to validate the current configuration, identify improvement potential and ensure alignment with best practices and future upgrade readiness. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liConduct a technical and system assessment of the current SAP DMS and archiving setup /li liIdentify configuration gaps and deviations from best practices /li liProvide clear recommendations for optimization and future development /li liDocument the current state of the DMS and archiving landscape /li liCreate a future roadmap for DMS and archiving related improvements /li liPrepare an executive summary as well as detailed technical reports /li liConduct knowledge transfer workshops for internal team members /li liProvide strategic guidance on archiving technology decisions and upgrade options /li liSupport the implementation of recommended improvements in a potential second phase /li liMaintain confidentiality and comply with applicable data-protection requirements /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in SAP DMS and SAP archiving /li liExperience with SAP S/4HANA related DMS or archiving environments /li liStrong understanding of SAP DMS configuration, system setup and archiving processes /li liAbility to assess existing configurations and derive pragmatic improvement recommendations /li liExperience in creating technical documentation, roadmaps and management summaries /li liAbility to communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders /li liExperience with OpenText upgrades is an advantage. /li liFluent English skills /li /ul pReferenznr.: KS /p pRole: SAP DMS / Archiving Consultant /p pLocation: 100% remote /p pWorkload: ca. 7 months at 25% and 4 months at 50% /p pStart: /p pEnd: (potential extension) /p pLocation: 8001 Zürich (ZH) /p pWorkload: 25% - 50% /p pEmployment start: By agreement /p pEmployment duration: Temporary /p pITech Consult AG /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
