h3ICT Rollout Supporter Senior 100% (m/f/d) – Rollout | Client Staging | Mobile Devices | Thin clients /h3 pFor a rollout project in the healthcare sector, we are seeking an experienced Senior ICT Supporter (m/f/d) with expertise in client rollouts, device configuration, and on-site support. /p pIn this role, you will support the physical replacement of approximately 1,000 thin clients and 2,000 mobile devices. The focus will be on meticulous planning, customer-oriented communication, device installation and commissioning, as well as structured documentation and the return of old devices. /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liSupport during the rollout and physical replacement of thin clients and mobile devices /li liOn-site installation, configuration, and commissioning of clients /li liClient staging and preparation of devices for production use /li liCoordination, communication, and planning of rollout activities /li liBrief user training or referral to training materials /li liStructured return and management of old devices /li liInventory maintenance and documentation of device changes /li liTroubleshooting and fault resolution during the rollout /li liEscalation to relevant departments as needed /li liIndependent work organization and customer-oriented communication /li /ul h3Experience: /h3 ul liSeveral years of experience as an ICT support specialist, rollout support specialist, or field support specialist /li liExperience in conducting or coordinating computer, client, or mobile device rollouts /li liKnowledge of client staging and device configuration /li liExperience in on-site installation, commissioning, and replacement of end devices /li liExperience in inventory management, documentation, and the return of old devices /li liStrong skills in error analysis and troubleshooting /li liIndependent, structured, and reliable work style /li liCustomer-oriented communication and confident demeanor when interacting with users /li liAbility to plan, coordinate, and execute rollout tasks effectively /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
