Senior Instrument Integration Engineer: Medical Device / Data Analysis / Evaluation / Instrument Development / statistical methods / English Must Haves
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or a Swiss Federal Diploma from a University of Applied Sciences (FH) or College of Higher Education (HF) in a scientific or technical field (e.g., Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering), or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in medical device development
Strong understanding of Systems Engineering principles and their application in instrument development
Proven proficiency in data analysis, evaluation, and the application of statistical methods
Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus
High level of autonomy, proactive problem-solving, strong leadership/mentorship capabilities, and a commitment to collaborative, cross-functional teamwork
Nice to haves Tools / IT knowledge is an advantage but not a must: Python, Jira, Retina
