Project:
For a GenAI team at a Swiss bank, we are looking for an experienced DevOps/GenAI Engineer who will support RAG solutions from technical conception through implementation and into production operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and further develop productive GenAI and RAG solutions
- Implement new AI use cases from conception through to production
- Perform prompt and context engineering, as well as evaluation and optimization of LLM solutions
- Build and operate APIs, data pipelines, and CI/CD processes
- Work with Python and Azure, ideally Azure AI Search / AI Foundry
- LLM tracing, monitoring, LLMOps, and continuous quality optimization
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Cloud/DevOps, and Business Engineers
Requirements:
- Several years of practical experience with GenAI, LLM, and RAG
- Experience with production-grade RAG solutions, not just PoCs
- Very good Python skills, as well as experience with CI/CD and automated deployments
- Experience with Azure Cloud and ideally LangChain/LangFuse
