Project / Role:
For our customer, we are looking for a motivated ICT system engineer who is passionate about installing and maintaining an innovative software solution for administration and organization systems. You will actively contribute your technical skills and ensure smooth operations for the end customer.
Main tasks:
* Installation and configuration of the software solution at the customer’s site according to clear specifications.
* Error analysis and optimization: checking logs, identifying problems and making necessary corrections.
* Support of a technologically diverse system landscape with Uniface, .NET and Oracle databases.
* Flexibility and willingness to work outside of normal office hours if necessary.
Requirements:
* Very good knowledge of SQL and scripting.
* Solid knowledge of the Microsoft environment (MS Server, IIS, Office applications).
* Advantageous: Experience with Oracle databases.
* Knowledge of the Uniface programming language is a plus, but not a requirement.
* Good knowledge of French (for customer service in French-speaking Switzerland) – ideally bilingual German/French.
