Project / Role:
For one of our clients, a Swiss institution in Bern, we are currently looking for a project manager/procurement specialist to carry out an open procedure in cooperation with the BBL. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire implementation of a procurement in cyclical phases in accordance with WTO law.
Main tasks:
– Creation and editing of documents (specifications, etc.)
– Definition of requirements
– Implementation of procurement
– Serving in question rounds
– Assistance with debriefings
Requirements:
– Experience in the implementation of at least one complete procurement project, ideally using an open procedure
– Experience in stakeholder management
– Analytical and structured working methods
– Initial project management experience
– Experience in the HERMES project methodology
Education:
– Completed higher professional education
– Ideally, a completed CAS course in public procurement or comparable
– A HERMES certification (min. Foundation) is an advantage
Languages:
– Fluent German (min. C1)
– Basic understanding of French
