As a Senior System Engineer M365 (Workplace and Collaboration), you take on the technical leadership role in the development and implementation of modern workplace solutions. With your expert knowledge in Intune, Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance, as well as Entra ID, you are the trusted advisor for our clients and a sparring partner for the team. You design architectures, create concepts, and lead the client and the project technically.

What you do with us

• As an experienced M365 System Engineer, you are an internal and external trusted advisor in your field of expertise.
• Technical point of contact for our customers and support for our managed services as a 3rd-level support engineer
• You are a project engineer and implement projects (including migrations) together with the project manager and team.
• Technical support for our sales crew
• You are actively working on the service development of our M365 services.
• Documentation of processes and procedures, as well as support in defining standards
• Carrying out planned maintenance work during and outside business hours

What you bring with you

• Very good practical knowledge in the design, implementation, and operation of M365 Workplace and/or M365 Collaboration Services in SMEs or enterprise environments
• Strong technical skills, especially in the following product and technology areas (Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, software packaging, etc.)
• High degree of independence, resilience, flexibility and willingness to learn
• Friendly personality, confident manner in customer situations and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to work in a changing environment, to delve into topics and to constantly develop further
• Excellent German language skills; good English and French language skills are an advantage
