The RoleWe are seeking an experiencedAccount Managerto develop and grow long-term customer relationships within an assigned territory. This role combines strategic account ownership with technical and commercial responsibility, working closely with internal teams to deliver customer-focused data centre solutions.You will manage and developlarge hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data centre accounts, selling a comprehensiveData Centre Power & Cooling portfolio, with aparticular focus on rack and containment solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers across the full sales and project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, manage, and develop long-term customer relationships across the assigned regionOwn and grow hyperscale, colo, and enterprise customer accountsDevelop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targetsProvide technical support, collaboration, and training to sales teams, particularly in rack and containment solutionsMonitor market trends and competitor activity to continuously refine sales approachManage the technical and commercial handling of tenders and quotation requestsPrepare customer proposals and lead contract negotiationsCoordinate and oversee customer projects from initiation to deliveryMaintain accurate reporting on sales activity, pipeline, and performance against targetsSupport training sessions, workshops, trade fairs, and industry networking eventsAct as a key interface between customers, sales, product management, and marketing teamsYour ProfileTechnical or commercial qualification, or equivalent experienceSeveral years\‘ experience in sales or account management, ideally within IT infrastructure, data centres, or a related technical environmentExperience managing complex accounts and projects with a solution-oriented, customer-focused mindsetStrong communication and presentation skills with a genuine interest in technical solutionsFluency in German and English (written and spoken)Willingness to travel; proximity to Frankfurt is advantageousWhat\’s On OfferA varied and impactful role within an international organisationOngoing professional development and career growth opportunitiesCompetitive benefits package aligned with a modern industrial employerA strong commitment to diversity and equal opportunity in the workplace
