Требования
- 3+ Years’ experience as an analyst
- Experience in the Insurance domain
- Hands-on experience with modern AI-assisted tools through direct practical use
- Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile principles and methodologies
- Experience with UML and BPMN
- Understanding of UX competencies
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Nice to have: Agile Methodology certification, Insurance certifications, Business analysis certification
