For the next possible start date we are looking for a Buyer (f/m/d) for our purchasing department.
Grundlegende Verantwortlichkeiten:
Your Duties:
- You are responsible for requirements for indirect materials as well as your own product groups with global purchasing activities for our purchased parts and are responsible for procurement and the associated writing of orders, entering order confirmations, checking contract compliance, scheduling appointments and contract processing.
- You ensure the best possible fulfillment of purchasing requirements by optimally designing your supplier processes.
- As part of this role, you will oversee procurement strategy to meet timelines, purchase budget adherence and quality standards.
- You create offer comparisons from suppliers as a basis for making decisions on their selection and carry out active risk management for valuable procurement projects.
- You regularly conduct supplier discussions and supplier evaluations as part of supplier management.
- Independent contract monitoring and handling of contract disruptions.

The requirements:
- Successfully completed commercial training.
- Professional experience in purchasing.
- Strong communication skills in negotiations in order to achieve sustainable results and convince external suppliers.
- High analytical skills, which are complemented by a pragmatic approach and good assertiveness.
- You are used to working independently and results-oriented, but you also impress with your ability to work in a team.
- Confident handling of the MS Office package.
- Fluent written and spoken English and German skills.
