We are currently seeking a talented AI Data Expert to join our dynamic team and play a key role in developing and maintaining cutting-edge AI-driven solutions. As a key contributor, you will help shape the future of our data infrastructure while collaborating closely with product teams, all while leveraging Microsoft Copilot Studio to ensure seamless integration and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Data Infrastructure Design & Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build scalable and efficient data infrastructures for AI-driven applications.
- Leverage Microsoft Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents) and other relevant tools to develop and optimize virtual assistants and AI models.
- Design, develop, and optimize robust data pipelines to efficiently process large-scale datasets, ensuring data quality and integrity for AI model training and deployment.
- Preprocess text data, including tokenization, normalization, and encoding techniques for natural language processing tasks.
- Identify and resolve issues related to data processing and AI model performance to ensure optimal results.
- Work closely with product teams to integrate AI solutions and provide insights to drive product improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in AI Machine Learning, Engineering, Data Analysis, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in AI, with 3-4+ years of experience in a data expert role.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents).
- Expertise in data preparation, including data cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering using Python-based tools such as Pandas, NumPy, or PyTorch Datasets is considered a plus.
- Experience with Azure AI Search (Cognitive Search), OpenAI GPT Models is considered a strong plus.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Logic Apps) is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
