Your role

• You acquire and develop key accounts such as DSOs (Dental Service Organizations), partner laboratories, universities, and regional opinion leaders.
• You contribute to the development of the key client strategy and coordinate all activities related to your customer segment.
• You conduct annual business reviews and negotiate customer-specific agreements.
• You analyze revenue and margins and coordinate speaker engagements, congresses, and events related to your customer segment.

Your profile

• You have completed training in dentistry, business administration, or a commercial field.
• Ideally, you bring 2–3 years of professional experience in the dental market and have an established network within the industry.
• You are familiar with the Swiss dental market and its customer segments.
• You are proficient in MS Office and CRM systems (ideally Salesforce).
• You are a confident negotiator with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
• You possess excellent communication skills, are customer-oriented, and demonstrate a high degree of flexibility.
• Fluency in German and English is required; French language skills are an advantage.
