Your Challenge
- Strategic Financial Planning & Management:
- Developing budgets and forecasts in close collaboration with the management team (including liquidity planning, sales channel evaluation, and cost forecasting)
- Developing and analysing key KPIs related to revenue, cash flow, and profitability to provide solid support for business decisions
- Supporting ad-hoc evaluations related to ongoing seasonal procurement, delivery, and sales activities
- Managing Day-to-Day Financial Operations:
- Ensuring the smooth execution of all financial planning and accounting processes
- Leading the finance and controlling team
- Responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Optimizing existing financial processes, including the implementation of new tools and systems for automation
- Acting as a key advisor for external partners such as banks, tax consultants, etc.
- Investor Relations:
- Preparing monthly investor reports
- Supporting and preparing fundraising processes in collaboration with the management team
- Strategic advising to the management team on evaluating financing options and key financial metrics
Your Core Skills
- At least 3 years of management experience in finance, ideally in a start-up environment – experience in the e-commerce or fashion industry is a plus
- A degree or equivalent qualification in finance or business administration
- First experience in fundraising or in the realization of investment rounds
- A hands-on mentality and the ability to drive projects to successful completion
- Excellent MS Excel skills
- Good knowledge of accounting – experience with accounting software such as DATEV
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Extensive data analysis skills
- Fluency in German and strong English skills, both written and spoken
- A constructive, solution-oriented approach to work
- Enjoyment of both independent work and teamwork
